ESCADA Fall/Winter 2014 continues its inspiration from the strong colors of artist James Turrell, but is enriched with a strong romantic vibe. A bouquet of floral prints arrives of lilacs, winter roses and dahlias with a hand painted effect reminiscent of old masters. The romance continues as acanthus scroll detailing in lasered leather and wools and gold accessories enhance the overall opulence of the season. The silhouette plays with new voluminous circle skirts in mid lengths and nipped waistlines in blazers and pants accentuate the soft curves of a woman's hip. Cashmeres and furs in grey flannels, anthracite and caramels inject a slight masculine edge and the look finally blossoms into the ESCADA woman of today.
